By using Navi+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Navi+ operates independently and works across multiple platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Webflow, and Squarespace.
2. Payment and Security
All payments for Navi+ subscriptions are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms such as Shopify Payments or Lemon Squeezy, depending on where you install the application.
These payment platforms ensure that every transaction is safe, transparent, and protected according to international security standards.
Navi+ does not directly store payment information and does not process refunds itself.
By making a payment, you agree to comply with the payment provider’s respective terms and refund policies.
3. Third-Party Applications
Navi+ may include or integrate third-party software, extensions, or services.
All third-party applications used within Navi+ adhere to MIT License principles and are required to respect all copyright and intellectual property laws.
While we carefully select the tools and libraries we use, Navi+ is not responsible for any issues, damages, or data loss caused by third-party applications.
By using these tools, you acknowledge that any associated risks are your responsibility.
4. Account and Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Keep your password and credentials secure.
- Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify Navi+ immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Navi+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that appears to be compromised, inactive, or in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Content Ownership and License
You retain full ownership of all content, images, data, and materials uploaded or created while using Navi+.
By using the Service, you grant Navi+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content only for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Navi+ does not claim ownership or use your content for marketing, resale, or any unrelated purpose.
All rights remain with you.
6. Limitation of Liability
Navi+ is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform.
Navi+ shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, or
- Technical issues caused by third-party providers, infrastructure, or user actions.
In any case, Navi+’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.
7. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your access to Navi+ at any time, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- We receive a lawful request from Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, or any partner platform.
- The Service requires maintenance, upgrade, or permanent discontinuation.
You may also terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the application or contacting support.
After termination, Navi+ may retain certain data for a limited time for technical or legal reasons before permanent deletion.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, and technologies used within Navi+ remain the intellectual property of Navi+ or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service without explicit written consent.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore or another mutually agreed location.
