5. Will Navi+ slow down my website?

Virtually negligible. With 3 menus embedded on your website, you’ll spend about 300ms on the first load — while your website hasn’t even finished rendering yet — and 0ms on subsequent loads.

6. What can Navi+ interact with? Other apps, devices, websites?

Navi+ offers extensive interaction capabilities including: consolidating sticky apps into menu items, connecting with device features like phone calls and WhatsApp chat, simulating user interactions on websites such as clicking elements, enabling social media sharing to boost virality, and allowing Navi+ menus to communicate with each other through mutual triggering. 7. How many menu types does Navi+ offer?

Navi+ offers 6+ menu types: Bottom/Tab Bar, Slide Menu (Drawer or Hamburger), FAB, Grid, and Mega Menus — with more coming soon.

8. How many menus can I create?

You can declare unlimited domain names. However, for each domain:
• Starter (Free): Create up to 1 menu
• Business: Create up to 4 menus
• Elite: Unlimited menu creation

9. Can I customize the menu design?

• Structure: Menu layers, links, and actions
• Design: Colors, fonts, icons, spacing, layout
• Display: Position, keyword triggers, device-specific visibility… and more

10. Is Navi+ mobile-friendly?

Navi+ is built with a mobile-first philosophy because we know that up to 80% of your traffic comes from mobile devices. We don’t even support responsive design — because we believe you need deeper optimization for each device type, not just a one-size-fits-all approach.

11. Can the menu appear on all pages or specific pages?

Absolutely. Navi+ is extremely flexible. You can create menus that appear on all pages — like Tab Bars or FAB buttons — or create specific menus that only show on certain pages, such as Grid menus for category pages.
You can configure menus to show or hide by device type, login status, or URL keywords.

12. Will Navi+ conflict with or integrate with my theme or other apps?

Mostly no, but conflicts can occasionally happen — and they’re easy to fix.

Navi+’s analytics feature is powerful. You can track visits and clicks by device, menu, and keywords — helping you understand user behavior and optimize your menus over time.

14. How much does Navi+ cost?

15. Is there a free trial?

16. Do menu changes update instantly?

Updates are instant. Whether we push improvements or you edit your menus, changes appear in real-time. Worst case: a 60-second cache delay globally.

17. If I change my theme, will my menus disappear?

Navi+ menus are fully independent from your theme and code. Change themes anytime — you may need to republish menus, but it’s just one click.

18. Does Navi+ support multiple languages?

Multi-language is fully supported on Shopify.

Export and import your menus as .npx files — perfect for backing up, storing, or quickly transferring menus between different websites.

1. Can I customize the colors, fonts, and spacing of my menu?

Absolutely. Navi+ gives you full design control:
• Icons: 3000+ Remix Icons, Flaticon images, or upload your own
• Typography: 1500+ Google Fonts or custom fonts
• Colors: Customize text, icons, backgrounds
• Spacing: Adjust padding and margins at every level

2. Can I change the layout (horizontal, vertical, mega menu, sidebar, etc.)?

Yes. We offer 6+ menu types with flexible configuration. For example:
• Tab Bars: Top/bottom, left/right, custom margins
• Slide menus: Slide from left, right, top, bottom, or center
Same flexibility applies to all menu types.

3. Does Navi+ support animations or hover effects?

Full animation control powered by Animate.css — choose from 100+ effects for menus or individual items.
Mobile interactions can trigger on click or hover.

4. Can I add custom CSS to change the menu’s appearance?

Yes. Navi+ gives full CSS control:
• Add CSS scoped to the menu or site-wide

5. Can I preview my design before publishing?

Yes. Use the Navi+ simulator freely, then publish safely using URL-based display rules (for example, testing only on a low-traffic page).

6. Does Navi+ ensure consistent UX across all browsers and devices?

Yes. Navi+ works flawlessly across Chrome, Safari, Edge, iPhone, Android, tablets, laptops, and more.


III. App Compatibility & Integrations

1. Does Navi+ work with my store’s existing apps?

Navi+ is non-invasive — no permissions required, no code changes.
Conflicts are rare. If overlapping happens, adjust the z-index.

2. Does Navi+ support app blocks or app embeds?

Yes.

Yes. Navi+ is fully optimized and does not conflict with any of these tools.

4. Does Navi+ load independently without being slowed or blocked by other apps?

Yes. Navi+ loads independently and in parallel with other apps, usually finishing first so the navigation is ready immediately.

5. I have too many apps showing on my store — can Navi+ group or consolidate them into one menu?

Yes. Navi+ helps you consolidate chat widgets, loyalty apps, support apps, and other floating icons into clean menu items — giving your site a more professional look.


IV. Performance & Scalability

1. Is Navi+ lightweight?

Navi+ is extremely light:
• First load: 2KB file (~50ms) + libraries under 100KB (~200ms)
• Subsequent loads: Instant (0ms) due to caching
Total impact on first visit: <250ms.

2. Can Navi+ ever go down due to extremely high traffic?

Only if both Cloudflare and BunnyCDN are down simultaneously — probability ~0.00001%.

3. Can Navi+ handle high traffic with low latency?

Yes. All menus are served directly from CDN edge locations — infinite scalability.

4. Are menu updates published instantly?

Yes. Updates propagate globally within 20–60 seconds through CDN caching.


V. Security

1. Is my data safe with Navi+?

Navi+ does not store business details, product data, or sales information. It only stores menu visit and click data (organized by embed ID, device, timestamp) for Analytics.

2. Does Navi+ comply with GDPR or privacy standards?

GDPR compliant. No personal data collected. All data encrypted. Never shared.

3. Can hackers modify or inject code into the menu?

No, unless your login credentials (username/password, Google, Shopify) are compromised.

4. What happens if my website is attacked — does Navi+ stay online?

Yes. Navi+ operates independently. Even if your site faces DDoS, SQL Injection, or phishing attempts, Navi+ menus continue functioning normally.


VI. Operations

1. How do I install or uninstall Navi+?

Uninstall by removing the embed code or uninstalling the app. Data remains preserved.

2. If Navi+ updates, will it affect my customers?

• Front-end updates: ~10s delay globally (users still see old version)

3. What happens if my theme changes?

Menus are independent. Republish if needed — no coding.

VII. Migration & Switching

1. Can I migrate my existing menus to Navi+?

Currently not supported. This feature is under development and expected to use AI.
Meanwhile, tools like Copy/Paste help speed up menu creation.

2. Can Navi+ replace my current menu app without downtime?

• Tabbar, FAB: No downtime
• Slide menu: ~200ms delay to assign menu (optimization available)
• Mega menu: ~200ms delay (optimization available)

3. Does Navi+ support importing data from other apps or APIs?

Not currently. Navi+ can only import from .npx files exported from another Navi+ menu.

4. What happens to my menus if I change my domain?

Shopify: Navi+ only uses the your-domain.myshopify.com domain (unchangeable).
Other platforms: Update domain inside Navi+ dashboard.

5. Can I move Navi+ settings from one website to another?

Yes. Export .npx, then import on the new site.


VIII. Billing & Subscription

1. Is Navi+ a one-time purchase or a subscription, and is it safe to use?

Paid plans (Business, Elite) are subscription-based, secured by Shopify Payments and LemonSqueezy.
A 7-day free trial is available.
Cancel anytime.

2. Are there any extra fees for high traffic or heavy usage?

If you exceed plan limits, you will receive warnings. Excessive warnings may trigger a small advertising icon on the menu.
No additional fees.

3. What happens if I cancel my subscription?

We review your menu for unsupported features. If warnings persist, features may be disabled or a small advertising icon applied.

4. Will my menus stay active after cancellation?

Yes, but unsupported features may be disabled after review. Customers remain unaffected initially.

5. Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime (payment platform policies may apply).

6. Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, if the Navi+ menu was not used on your website.

7. As a business, can I receive an invoice for my payments?

Yes. Both Shopify Payments and LemonSqueezy provide official invoices.
